Account Manager

In order to strengthen its Sales teams, eurakor is looking for a new Sales Manager. Account Manager (technical sales).

Our new Account Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling eurakor Production products (building materials).

In this context, it

  • Promotes and sells eurakor products and services, mainly to new customers
  • Takes part in implementing the sales and marketing plan.  
  • Acts as an ambassador for the company and ensures that it projects a positive, high-quality image. 
  • Is active in the B to B market.  
  • Provides sales leadership in the field in his geographical area (French-speaking Belgium) and passes on market information. 
  • Contributes to international development (Export)
  • Monitor the competition
  • Coordinates with internal teams (sales, production, etc.)
  • Sales reporting

Profile required:

  • An appetite for development and commercial prospection 
  • Minimum training Bac+3 (sales, economics, marketing, construction, etc.)
  • Ideally, a first experience in the field of the construction (technical knowledge)
  • Positive, autonomous and creative with a state of start-up spirit
  • You are adaptable and determined, and enjoy working with people. new professional challenges

Fluency in English is a plus.

Account Manager FR/NL

Eurakor is an adapted work company based in Leuze-en-Hainaut, employing more than 200 staff. Its main mission is to integrate people with disabilities into the world of work. Since 1964, it has been providing tailor-made services to companies in various sectors through its two divisions: Eurakor Services and Eurakor Production.

As Account Manager for the Flemish region, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base by actively canvassing companies in your region. You'll convince them to enter into a long-term partnership with Eurakor, thereby ensuring growth in your region. To do this, you will:

You will implement a prospecting and/or customer follow-up plan, determine potential sales volumes and propose new distribution channels, targets, products, services, etc.

Thanks to your active listening skills, you can identify your (future) customers' needs and come up with creative, tailor-made service proposals.

To achieve optimum customer satisfaction, you will work closely with the in-house sales team: you will pass on price requests, ensure that orders are properly managed, keep an eye on the competition and pass on market information.

You will monitor your performance with the help of your management indicators, provide weekly reporting and keep the CRM and sales software up to date.  

You promote Eurakor at external representative events: trade fairs, conferences, business clubs and during site visits. 

Finally, you will be part of a team of 6 (sales and customer service) and report to the Sales Director, who will support you in your role.

  • Baccalauréat or equivalent level of thought.
  • You will have a proven track record in a sales role. Several years' experience in B2B sales of building materials, chemicals or agricultural products would be a definite advantage.
  • Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to convince the customer to adopt your service.
  • You have good listening and analytical skills and a sense of priorities.
  • You work independently and proactively, always on the lookout for new opportunities.
  • You attach great importance to good administration and smooth communication.
  • You are bilingual in French and Dutch.
  • You have a good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite: Excel).
