En route to the future, an initiative that makes sense
As we do every year, we took part in the « On the road to my future », This initiative is particularly close to our hearts and is fully in line with our social mission.
The aim of this project is to open the doors of our workshops to different audiences: social partners, special education schools, parents, but also students reflecting on their professional future. So many profiles concerned by the same question: what is it like to work in a sheltered workshop?
Over the course of the day, participants were able to discover our facilities, understand our businesses and talk directly to our teams. The discussions and question-and-answer sessions provided a simple and transparent way of addressing the realities of everyday working life, the skills developed and the opportunities offered within an ETA.
Beyond the visit, these meetings are above all an opportunity to create links, to dispel certain preconceived ideas and to show that a career path can take many different forms, while remaining structured, rewarding and meaningful.
We would like to thank all the participants for their curiosity, their interest and the quality of the discussions. These moments of sharing reinforce our conviction that preparing for the future also means supporting, informing and transmitting.
