More than 10 years' commitment to young people in the CAP
At eurakor, we are particularly proud of our young people in Professional Adaptation Contract (CAP). For over 10 years, we have been committed to recruiting and supporting young workers within our reception unit. Training today means building the autonomy of tomorrow!
Hands-on learning of a trade
The aim of the CAP is to enable young people to learn a trade in a structured and caring professional environment. This training is not limited to the transmission of technical skills. It is based on genuine, progressive and personalised support.
Each young person benefits from :
- supervision by a team leader,
- the support of an on-site sponsor,
- and follow-up by a social worker.
This comprehensive support helps to secure the career path, boost confidence and develop the skills needed to do the job.
The objective is clear: at the end of the training, the young person must be able to carry out his work independently, with rigour and confidence. As the months go by, skills develop, reference points are reinforced and confidence grows. It's a development that we monitor closely.
A success, together!
We warmly congratulate Camille, Romain and Klara for their motivation and progress.
For more than a decade, CAPs have been an integral part of our DNA. Because giving young people a chance also means investing in the future: theirs and ours.
