A few weeks ago, our colleague Daniel joined the team at Brasserie des Carrières in Basècles, where he will be in charge of the boxing and palletising bottles directly at their production site.

A little logistical help? Yes - but above all, a human and concrete collaboration, in a 100 % artisanal setting.
