That's why, in 2022, we introduced the "Live my life at eurakor A day during which members of management and support functions can experience first-hand the day-to-day workings of our production and logistics teams.
An experience from the inside
Lately, it's been Jérémy QuinzinOur Maintenance Manager, who has swapped his managerial hat for that of an operator. For a day, he worked on the packaging line for a repellent product.
🎯 Objective: to gain a better understanding of the technical constraints, business processes, work rhythms, etc. and maintain a direct link with the realities on the ground.
