Founded under the name "Ateliers de Blicquy", eurakor is an adapted work company specialising in the manufacture and packaging of various types of products and the provision of customised services.

Since Day 1, we have been active in the social economy, with an ongoing commitment to the inclusion and integration of people with disabilities in the workplace.
After more than fifty years working in its workshops in the village of Blicquy, our adapted work company finally officially moved to the industrial estate of Leuze-en-Hainaut, a few kilometres away, under its new name "eurakor".
A major investment for the adapted work company, particularly in its new 13,000M2 infrastructure. Today, the company has split its activities into two separate departments: eurakor services and eurakor production.

Founded in 1964, Les Ateliers de Blicquy is the second ASBL to be approved as a sheltered workshop for adults with disabilities.
The formation of a joint committee for the sector in 1992 was significant: workers can vote in social elections, be candidates, be elected and participate in the conclusion of a CLA.
In 2011, "Les Ateliers de Blicquy" gave up its ASBL status and took on the status of SCRL FS (Société coopérative à responsabilité limitée à finalité sociale). This new development reflects the company's economic reality.
Forced to leave the village of Blicquy and with the ambition to develop further, "Les Ateliers de Blicquy" is starting the first part of its move to the Leuze-en-Hainaut zoning area at the end of 2017.

In 2019, the company continues with the construction of its 13,000M2 infrastructure of production, service, storage and office space.
In 2020, "Les Ateliers de Blicquy" will become "eurakor". The relocation of the head office meant that a new name had to be chosen, in line with the company's ambitions and DNA. eurakor, the new name chosen in consultation with employees and managers, symbolises the strength of people and the innovative, tailored solutions that the company offers its customers.
