Behind the scenes of concrete block production
From mixing to palletising, the production of concrete blocks involves a series of precise steps, carried out with meticulous care by our teams.
A fully managed end-to-end process
It all begins with the precise mixing of the raw material with water to produce a homogeneous base that meets the requirements of the final product. At the same time, the prefabricated formwork is prepared, along with the spacers that will give the block its structure.
Once the formwork is ready, the concrete is poured on both sides, allowing for the necessary curing times to ensure the structure’s strength. This stage requires care and a systematic approach to guarantee a stable and compliant result.
Once fully dry, the blocks are placed on pallets and then wrapped in film to protect them during transport and storage. Depending on their size and weight, the number of blocks per pallet is adjusted to optimise logistics and handling.
