We are looking for Machine Operators to strengthen the teams, preferably with an AVIQ number.

Your role

You will be working in a production area specialising in the preparation and mixing of materials. Following on-the-job training, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operate and monitor the production control system; ;
• Prepare and weigh out the raw materials required for production; ;
• Follow recipes and mixing formulas precisely; ;
• Open the bags of raw materials and feed them into the plant; ;
• Pack the products into bags or big bags as required; ;
• Take samples; ;
• Complete the production-related identification documents and reports; ;
• Use a forklift where necessary and in accordance with the instructions; ;
• Monitor the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and report any issues; ;
• Comply with safety and quality guidelines and work procedures.

Ideal candidate profile

• You hold a work permit for a Sheltered Workshop (ETA) issued by the AVIQ, or are likely to meet the conditions for obtaining one; ;
• You can read and understand instructions in French; ;
• You know how to count and carry out calculations; ;
• You have good logical thinking skills and are able to follow a formula or recipe accurately; ;
• You are thorough, attentive and methodical; ;
• You are comfortable using control panels and automated equipment, or are able to learn how to use them; ;
• You are able to work independently and responsibly once you have received training; ;
• You are available to work two shifts.

Working conditions

• Contract: renewable fixed-term contract; ;
• Working hours: 36 hours per week; ;
• Two-shift work (05:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00)

Your role

As part of the manufacture and assembly of traps, your duties will include:

• Assemble and fit the various parts and components of the traps; ;
• Carry out bending, drilling and assembly operations; ;
• Use the various machines and tools required for manufacturing; ;
• Adjust the machines according to the tasks to be carried out; ;
• Assemble various components during assembly; ;
• Strictly adhere to manufacturing procedures and instructions; ;
• Visually inspect the quality and conformity of assembled parts; ;
• Work with precision and attention to detail.

Your role

Depending on the role and position you hold, you will be required to:

• Feeding a packaging line; ;
• Carry out basic packaging tasks; ;
• Place empty cans along the line; ;
• Help with filling and packaging the containers; ;
• Pack the products into boxes and load them onto pallets; ;
• Carry out the gluing and labelling; ;
• Handling products and containers; ;

There are several packaging lines, with roles that are either less physically demanding or more physically demanding, depending on the tasks involved.

• You are comfortable working in an industrial production environment; ;

Your role

To strengthen our production and packaging operations, we are recruiting a Production/Packaging Team Leader (M/F/X).

Acting as a key link between the Production Manager and the teams on the shop floor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of operations, supporting staff and ensuring that production targets are met whilst adhering to quality, safety and deadline requirements.

Above all, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience, capable of developing their teams, organising work effectively and maintaining a climate of trust, whilst remaining results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Team management and support:

• To supervise, guide and support workers on a day-to-day basis.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a team leader, workshop manager or supervisor.
• Experience in an industrial production, packaging or construction site environment.
